Welcome to OneTeamTrucking Logistics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website oneteamtrucking.com (the "Site") or engaging our transportation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Services

OneTeamTrucking Logistics provides BOX truck transportation services, including but not limited to local, regional, last-mile, dedicated contract capacity, and related logistics services. All services are subject to availability, route feasibility, and acceptance by the Company.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through the Site, email, phone, or other communication channels are estimates only unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on distance, weight, volume, accessorial services, wait time, fuel conditions, or other operational factors.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if shipment details differ from what was originally provided.

3. Shipment Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipment details (dimensions, weight, pickup/delivery times)
  • Proper packaging and labeling of freight
  • Ensuring freight complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not shipping prohibited or hazardous materials unless expressly approved in writing

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by inaccurate information, improper packaging, or shipper/receiver delays.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing. Delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, acts of God, or third-party facilities are not the responsibility of OneTeamTrucking Logistics.

Additional charges may apply for detention, re-delivery, waiting time, or failed delivery attempts.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Late cancellations may result in charges to cover dispatched equipment, driver time, or other incurred costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for loss or damage to freight is limited and governed by applicable transportation laws.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
  • Any claims must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time frame after delivery.

7. Insurance

OneTeamTrucking Logistics maintains insurance coverage as required by law. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request. Additional insurance coverage must be requested and approved in advance.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
  • Copy, modify, or distribute Site content without permission

All content on the Site (text, logos, graphics) is the property of OneTeamTrucking Logistics and may not be used without written consent.
